Welcome to the online registration for Stephenson Area Public Schools middle & high school spring sports. Please fill out the information to register each student athlete.   Please note that a current physical needs to be on file in the school office for any student athlete in order to practice.  A physical exam must be completed on or after April 15, 2025 to be considered a valid physical for the 2025-2026 school year.
