Join us in spreading messages of hope and encouragement as we enter a new year! This is a very special PCC Meetup that you would want to be part of!
We will be writing cards to help The Braid Mission, a non-profit that sends cards to children and young adults in foster care all over the country. Let's start the year off by brightening someone's day!
Following the letter portion of the meetup, Nassau Arts and Crafting Leader Nicole will be teaching everyone how to make beautiful paper lanterns that they can take home.
And to add to the fun factor, we are going to be doing this by candlelight! Don't worry, we are using battery-operated candles, with the lights dim!
Fun Fact: Lanterns symbolize hope, happiness and good luck!
