Harvest Grove has scheduled a visit to the Smith Family Farm Harvest and Pumpkin Patch for October 15th at 11:30am.
This is a trip all students and their families look forward to every year.
Smith Family Farm has an array of activities that are included in admission and is a wonderful, educational experience as well.
The cost of Admission is $15.00 per person Children and Adults.
Bring a picnic lunch or snack to enjoy after!
This includes:
- Free Parking
- Entry to Farm (Does not include UPICK)
- New Barnyard area to visit! Including Hay tunnel, hay maze.
- Music with Jimbo Trout: Age appropriate musical variety show (we will be given a time to attend)
- Several Learning Stations
- Barnyard Animals: Chickens/Chicks, Ducks, Peacocks, Goats and Bunnies.
- Bug Exhibit with Honey Bee Observation Hives
- Herb Garden with Labyrinth
- Miwok Indian Recreation
- Corn Maze
- 1 Pumpkin of choice from our designated pumpkin patch.
- Sunflower Field
- Enjoy your picnic lunch or snack in the picnic areas
DRESS: Children should dress in "Play Clothes" Long Pants Preferred!!! Closed-foot shoes, Sandals not recommended. Please consider WEATHER, and dress accordingly for the weather, Hats, Sunscreen, light coat and or rain coats etc.
