HUSD LCAP Parent Survey 17-18
The purpose of this survey is to gather information regarding our programs within the Holtville Unified School District as we plan for the future needs of our students. We appreciate you providing us with input in several areas as specified by the new funding model in California schools. If you have more than one child attending this school, please fill out a survey for each one.

The State has identified eight priorities in the areas of Student Achievement, Other Student Concerns/Outcomes, Parental Involvement, School Climate, Basic Services, Access to a Broad Curriculum, Implementation of the Common Core State Standards, and Student Engagement.

Please indicate your responses by marking the circle that most reflect your opinion in regards to each of the statements.

Goal 1: Annual increase in student achievement for all students in English language arts and math with focus on accelerating student learning outcomes for target subgroups including English Learners, low income pupils and pupils identified as special education.
