We do a disservice in engineering education if we fail to convey an appreciation of the limits of applicability of the models that permeate our teaching. A proper understanding of modeling can provide engineers with an ability to select an appropriate level of complexity of modeling for the intended application. This enables students to further develop the principles and practices of civil engineering. This enables students to further develop the principles and practices of civil engineering.
The winner of this competition will be decided by jury members. Their decision will be fair and unguided. Cash prize of Rs. 12,000 will be awarded to winner and Rs. 7,000 to first runner up.

1 Model has to be presented for 2 days.
2 A team can contain up to 5 members.
3 The model should be strictly on scale.
4 The model has to be as realistic as possible.
5 Posters describing the model graphically should be included at the time of display.
6 Each team will be provided with the space of 2*3m.
7 The competition is non-thematic.
