VOLUNTEER BACKGROUND CHECKS

Thank you for your interest in volunteering with Roseville Area Schools! We value the time and talent of our volunteers! To ensure the safety of our students, we require criminal background checks on the following:

  • Any volunteer who accompanies students off campus (e.g., chaperones for field trips)
  • Any volunteer who is responsible for working with students on campus, but not under the supervision of a licensed teacher
You are REQUIRED to complete the steps on this form below. This form officially notifies the district of your intent to volunteer and provides the district with the ability to track all volunteers.

Note: Before you complete this form, you must first complete the Voluntary Background Check through "Trusted Employees". 
  • There is a required $8 fee that needs to be paid via credit/debit card upon submission.
