This application is for any lady seeking financial support to join the 2023 Saint Francis Tulsa Tough Divas. This  application will be up for review with our Diva board and we will select based on the answers given below.

Application form must be submitted by April 2nd. If selected, your $150 Diva membership will be paid for from the Hilary Fund, which was created to allow more women to experience cycling with the Divas.
