Request for Online Course Proposals
Now more than ever, there is an essential need for high-quality, effective online instruction in Learning and Technology. Fortunately, AACE members and their colleagues have the knowledge, experience, and resources to serve the global needs of novice and experienced online educators/learners. As such, we should lead the way in this time of crisis and beyond!

MISSION: The mission of the LearnTech U initiative is to create and offer high-quality professional development courses in Learning and Technology that are engaging, collaborative, affordable, accessible, and equitable for the world’s educators and learners. Whether offered independently or through partnering with universities and other organizations, LearnTech U courses can have a real and positive impact on education.

This form enables course instructors and developers to submit proposals for developing LTU courses. The form is intentionally brief to serve as an expression of interest. Once approved, further information will be provided and a full Syllabus will be requested.

COMPENSATION: Instructors and developers will receive compensation in the form of stipends and royalties.

COURSE AUDIENCE: Higher education faculty, graduate students, K-12 teachers, trainers, administrators.

COURSE TOPICS: Topics should be broad enough in scope to interest educators teaching with technology in all disciplines. Course topics may include, but are not restricted to, the following as they relate to Learning with Technology:

Advanced learning technologies; Augmented, virtual, & mixed reality; Assessment and evaluation; Game-based learning; Geospatial learning; Learning with technology applications & strategies; Maker learning; Mobile and ubiquitous learning; Online learning strategies & environments; Open education; Robotics; STEM and STEAM; Technologies for socially responsible learning; Technology integration; and More.
