Cos-Con is hosting a Cosplay focused convention in the Rox Hotel, Aberdeen on the 22nd October 2016. This will be much like similar conventions but will be focused solely on Cosplay, Cosplay guests, Cosplay activities and of course a selection of vendors that will appeal to Cosplayers and Cosplay enthusiasts.
Vendor spaces will NOT be allocated on a first come first served basis. Vendors will be selected by the organisers and successful applicants will be notified via email.

The more information you can provide the better informed we will be to make our final decision.

Unfortunately we will not be accepting applications from anybody who deals with food or drink due to contract restrictions.

Vendor fee is £50, (Repeat vendors will receive a 20% discount of table price)  and spaces are limited. The venue will be a large hotel ballroom, you will be provided with a dressed 6' x 2' trestle style table, 2x chairs and 2x venue passes, the additional pass for a helper/assistant. If you require more passes please let us know in you application.  There is no option for a backing table, or backing display and attaching anything to the room's walls is strictly prohibited. Vendors will be required to have their stalls fully set-up by 9 am and tables must remain set up until 7 pm when all guest have left the venue. This is as per hotel health and safety requirement and MUST be adhered too.
