Mt. Vernon Elementary - Kindergarten Form
The purpose of this form is to request enrollment for your Kindergarten aged child at Mt. Vernon Elementary for the 2023-24 school year.  Please make sure your child is in the residential boundaries to attend.  Once this form has been completed and submitted, a member of the MVES staff will contact you to confirm enrollment at our school.  If your child has previously participated in the screening process, there is no need to fill this form out.   Thank you!
