Large Party Request Form
For groups of 10 or more guests dining at The Melting Pot of Bethlehem, we require a pre-order. Please follow the below step by step instructions for entering your preferred choices. All parties are advised that providing this information does not mean that your order and reservation is confirmed. Confirmation will only be provided when a manager from The Melting Pot of Bethlehem has contacted you to confirm the details you have provided and collected the required credit card hold. We are unable to accept pre-paid card or debit card holds; a deposit would be required in those instances.
