I'm so glad you're interested in joining my 2020 Wellness Club fitness & nutrition accountability group!
I am accepting applications for new challengers to enroll and get their start.
You will have a place for accountability & a program to follow all YEAR long - as we strive for progress not perfection and setting big goals in 2020!

You CAN finish 2020 stronger than how you started it right now. We will simplify and focus on your fitness and nutrition - perfect for this time of freshening up all aspects of life, getting into routines, and establishing long-lasting, solid habits!

My accountability group takes place on a free, private Challenge Tracker App, where we will all be doing a fitness program, following an eating plan & engaging in community & support!

As your coach, I post daily tips, recipes, videos, articles, mini-challenges, and motivation. As a  challenger, YOU will post your daily "check-in" - a picture of your workout, Shakeology, lunch, dinner, daily food log, etc. It sounds simple, but it really does make a HUGE difference, compared to trying to complete a program on your own. ACCOUNTABILITY, consistency, and knowledge surrounding nutrition are usually the missing pieces to the puzzle for people struggling. So I'm excited to bring you into this Crew; I'm here for you!
