Quarterly Bourbon Club Terms and Conditions
1. Membership Overview
• By joining the Quarterly Bourbon Club, members agree to receive curated bourbon selections every three months, available for pickup at our designated store location.
• Membership is ongoing and will automatically renew each quarter unless canceled according to the cancellation policy outlined below.
2. Membership Fees
• $99 quarterly fees for membership are due upon enrollment and will be billed automatically at the start of each quarter. Membership fees include the cost of bourbon selections and packaging.
• Prices are subject to change; members will be notified of any adjustments in advance.
3. Bourbon Selection
• Each quarter, our members will receive a meticulously curated premium bourbon bottle, hand-selected by our expert team, accompanied by an exclusive invitation to our launch party. Please note that selections may vary and are subject to availability.
• Each quarter, members will receive a selection of one premium bourbon bottle curated by our team. Selections may vary and are subject to availability.
• Members cannot specify or alter bourbon selections; however, we strive to provide a diverse range of flavors and distilleries throughout the year.
4. Pickup Process
• Members will be notified when each quarterly selection is ready for pickup at our store. Members are responsible for picking up their bottle within the specified time frame.
• Pickup requires a valid ID showing proof of age (21+) and membership confirmation.

monthly wine club.*5. Cancellation and Refunds
• Members may cancel their subscription at any time before the next billing cycle to avoid charges for the following quarter.
• Refunds are only available for cancellations made prior to the start of the next billing cycle. Once billing has been processed for the quarter, no refunds will be issued.
• To cancel, members must contact customer service at least five business days before the start of the next billing cycle.
6. Membership Changes
• Members can update their account information or other preferences by contacting customer service.
7. Legal Requirements
• By enrolling, members affirm they are at least 21 years of age. Pickup must be completed by a person aged 21 or older with valid identification.
• We comply with all local and federal regulations.
8. Liability
• The Quarterly Bourbon Club and its affiliates are not responsible for unclaimed items after the pickup period expires.
