Counselling and Play therapy will be offering this exciting group geared towards todays adolescents!  The next group will run in November 2022 for 6 consecutive weeks.  Do to the nature of the program and skills built on each week, we are asking that participants are able to commit to a min of 5.

the social NAVIGATORS
This is a virtual group that will offer a combination of psychoeducational, strategies and discussion.  Teens  MUST be in grade 7 or 8 to be in the program.
Which series are you interested in? *
Required
The group will be led by a Registered Psychotherapist, which means that you may be able to claim this through your benefit provider.  Cost per session is $40 ($incl HST), participants will be required to commit to a min of 5 sessions.   *
If you have any questions at all please do not hesitate to reach out to us.  Folks will be contacted 6 weeks prior to the start of a series to complete an intake and have a chance to ask further questions about the program.
