Being highly sensitive is a gift. I am sick and tired of the rhetoric that being sensitive means you are weak, fragile or condemned to a life of overwhelm and victimhood.

3. Subconscious reprogramming

Some might say this is the pièce de résistance, for when you've tried all the 'mindset hacks' but still don't feel fully embodied in this new version of you. In our subconscious healing sessions, we’ll dive into trauma-informed hypnotherapy, somatic healing, and energetic. We’ll uncover unconscious limiting beliefs through inner child and shadow work, allowing you to release patterns that no longer serve you and create lasting change.
