I have played soccer my whole life. I played in High School at Holy Ghost Prep (3 years Varsity). I also played Division 1 at Duquesne University and stopped after Freshman Year to focus on my studies.

I have coached at different levels. I coached at Holy Ghost Prep for 5 years, both as Freshman Head Coach then Assistant on Varsity. I left on great terms once Cole was born wanting to spend time with him and my daughter.

I have been coaching youth sports since I was 17 years old. I have coached youth basketball, baseball and soccer. Most recently I've coached UM Little League the past two years as well as UM Hoops.

Currently I am coaching UM Little League and would like to continue that going forward.

I currently have no Licenses, but was just about to take courses before Cole was born. So, if chosen it is something I definitely want to pursue and have already started to look at available classes.

There is no sport I enjoy being around or coaching more than soccer. I would love to take these kids at a young age and help them develop their skills and watch them grow as a team. I know most of the kids on the team and have coached many of them already.

Coaching Goals for Team: 1. Develop Skills- In my opinion the next few years for these boys are the most important in developing their ball skills. Yes wins are important, but if they learn how to play the game the right way early in life, they will be better down the road. 2. Spacing - Taking them from the 4v4 game where all players are in a Pack to the 7v7 game and teaching them about using the entire field and space. - 3. Positioning - Have the boys start to learn about real positions and how to work together as a Team. 4. Fun - Keep the balance of fun and learning. Extremely important at this age.

I would like the team to stay together the entire year, even in the off-season. Playing indoor together and friendlies are great ideas. Also, doing training sessions in the off-season will keep skills fresh. I can educate parents on some easy skills to work on with kids during the year as well. I firmly believe in open and competitive tryouts every year. It would be great if we can add a player or two from either the township or outside that will improve the team.
