As users, supporters and champions of Changing Places toilets, this is your chance to vote for your favourite facility and give them the recognition they so rightly deserve.

The 2015 winner, as chosen by you, will be announced at the end of February followed by the formal presentation of their award.

Last year was the very first annual People's Choice Changing Places Award and the proud 2014 winner was - The Emirates Stadium, Arsenal FC.
