Once your application is submitted -by JUNE 12-you will receive an email letting you know if you're accepted with an invoice from West Bottoms Plant Co for the $75 booth fee, If you made less than $75 we will refund $25. In this instance, please send a screenshot of your sales reports and we will take it from there. Your fee goes towards the purchase of Pay What You Can Produce!
This is a no tent/no electricity, Bring Your Own 6ft table & chairs event! IF this doesn't work for you, please let us know.
NO alcohol, marijuana, cannabis, or edibles allowed at this event.

Vendor Load in: 3:30 pm to 4:45pm - SETUP MUST BE DONE BY 4:45! IF YOU SHOW UP LATE YOU WILL BE TURNED AWAY WITH NO REFUND.
This is not a Rain or Shine event. In the case of rain, or a storm.
In the rare case that the event organizers cancel due to severe weather, you will have the option to either receive a refund or move your registration to the following a future date.
Any cancellation decisions due to weather will be made at least one day prior to the event if necessary.
