To join Southern Humboldt's Third Annual Holiday Dine Around in Shelter Cove,
each diner must fill out their own order form
. This is the cost and dining choices for one person, including tax and gratuity.
We require you to select two options for each course: a first choice and a second choice
(in case your first choice is unavailable)
.
Your second choice must be different from your first choice because some establishments have limited seating.
If you are in a group, make sure everyone in the group selects the same establishment for each course
so you can enjoy the experience together. We will contact you to confirm your details and availability once your form is completed.

This is a 21+ event. Ticket sales close on Sunday, December 8th, at 7:00 PM.
Charcuterie cones will be served at 4:00 PM by Cafe Feast at the Surf Point Coffee House, where you will also pick up your tickets for the evening.
