Get Involved with Mayor Cavalier Johnson's Milwaukee Food Saver Challenge

The Milwaukee Food Saver Challenge is a FEED MKE Pilot Project initiative being sponsored by Mayor Cavalier Johnson to build community awareness on the issue of food waste among local businesses.  Milwaukee restaurants, hotels, and other food service businesses are encouraged to take part in the challenge to reduce the amount of organic waste sent to landfill.

Milwaukee has significant potential to reduce food waste while also creating systems to address food justice. We welcome you to get involved – whether you're part of a food-focused business or a consumer who supports our dynamic (and delicious!) local, Milwaukee food scene.
