Feedback from Schools Receiving CSPC Support

This survey is designed to gather feedback from schools that have received support from their Coordinated Supports Point of Contact (CSPC) during their CSI/ATS identification cycle. Your input will help the Michigan Department of Education understand how CSPC support has impacted your school’s improvement efforts, and guide us in strengthening future supports. Please respond honestly based on your school’s experience over the past three years. All responses will remain confidential and will be used for continuous improvement purposes.
