Open Streets Activity Provider Application
Thank you for your interest in being an Activity Provider at the Open Streets Knoxville event on Sunday, October 29th, from 2pm - 6pm in South Knoxville. Please complete the following application for consideration. Please note: Completing the application does not guarantee your participation in the event. We will follow-up and confirm your participation.

The free and family-friendly activities hosted by our activity providers help make Open Streets Knoxville an enriching and fun experience for participants.  Activity providers are expected to provide programming, with emphasis on interactive, fun activities that promote physical activity, health, the outdoors, community, and safety. We encourage you to be creative on choosing your activity.  Make it something that will make someone remember your business, organization, etc.!  (Some examples from past events include yoga in the street, bicycle demos, bubbles, a rock climbing wall).

The following types of participation are invited (Be creative! Remember - you want to offer an activity that will make someone remember you and your business!!):
*Share your expertise with the community by offering an interactive or creative space where attendees can actively participate.

*Lead group fitness activity, lessons, or offer demonstrations.  The goal is to get people active and having fun doing it!

*Perform!  Open Streets Knoxville is a great venue where you will reach thousands of people. You’re welcome to put out a hat or guitar case to collect donations.

*Offer a fun, active activity such as bike riding, relay races, mini soccer games, etc. to promote physical activity.

Fees:
- Activity Provider Registration Fees: $100^ (Non-profits receive a 50% discount on the fee^)

- Food Trucks: $100^

- Business on the route - FREE^

- Performer:
If you are a performer, only planning to perform during designated time at performance area and do not intend to set up a booth - FREE^
If you are a performer, planning to perform during designated time at performance area and set up a booth - Registration Fees apply (see above)^

^Application and payment must be received prior to October 13th to be listed on the Event Map, Website, Facebook, or any other promotional materials.

Once you are approved as an activity provider, we will send an invoice. Payment is due on receipt of the invoice.

The deadline to apply is Friday, October 13th in order to be listed on the Event Map.  Applications and payment will be accepted until October 27th (you will not be listed on the Event Map, Website, Facebook, or any other promotional materials).
