Each year, ClientSuccess hosts the CS100 Summit, the premier conference for customer success executives and leaders. For the 3rd year, we're highlighting the innovators in customer success at the CS100 Summit. The award recognizes the top innovators and thought leaders in customer success.
How to Apply
If you would like to be considered for the 2019 Customer Success Innovator of the Year Award, please complete the application form below. Initial selections will be invited to present to a panel of judges in advance of the 2019 CS100 Summit. The top 3 innovator finalists, selected by the judges, will receive one complimentary ticket to the CS100 Summit and the winner will be announced at the Summit.
**Note: Your innovation could be anything that has had a significant impact on your customer success strategy and business - big or small. It could be a process, tool, methodology, strategy, model, etc. This is also not a platform to pitch your company's product.***
1. Submit your Customer Success Innovation topic below (**Submissions close on EOD July 12, 2019**)2. The top submissions will be contacted by July 17th for the opportunity to pitch your innovation with a judging panel.3. 30 minute pitches to the judging panel with happen during the week of July 22nd - July 26th.4. The top 3 Finalists will be announced on August 1st and will receive a complimentary pass to the 2019 CS100 Summit.5. The 2019 Customer Success Innovator of the Year winner will be announced at the 2019 CS100 Summit.
