This form is to reserve a spot on our whole school ski trips 25/07/2025. Places are limited to 40 per trip (including supporting parents). Trips maybe cancelled because of the weather, insufficient numbers or other staffing difficulties.

Please complete a new form for each student signing up. Parents accompanying students can sign up as per the student form. Please only sign up once per adult accompanying.

Once you have signed up you will receive an email with the full details of the trip and asking you to confirm your booking and the charges. The charges need to be paid to confirm spot. A non refundable deposit of $80 will be included in the charge.

Total cost for Students is $150 and adults travelling $50

Ski or Snowboard?

Students can not switch discipline. Once they have chosen they must stick with that discipline for the whole day. However, they can chose to ski one trip and snowboarding on another.

Current Skill Level for the chosen discipline.

A student might be advanced at skiing but a complete beginner at snowboarding so please give details specific to this trip. Students may also improve during the season so please check with them as the season goes on.

Parent support.

Students in years 1-6 will need a parent helper on the day. Parents can help more than one student and they can take other peoples children. Personally I think 3 or less young children per adult is ideal.

This is an optional activity and is not part of any curriculum class.

This means we will need to receive payment in advance. Details of how and when to pay will be sent with your confirmation.
