Membership is open to all Australian and New Zealand women, and women who are married to or have an Australian or New Zealand partner. Membership is also open to male dependant partners of a woman who qualifies to the above. Men and women who are closely associated with either Australia or New Zealand are considered for membership by the committee.

Consider this the "where are you from? where have you been? how long are you staying?" expat questions section, as well as some ideas on what you're looking for in ANZWG such as morning teas, community work, book club, walking buddies, excursions or .... the list goes on! *

Joining ANZWG gives you access to the Members Facebook Page, a great resource for all that's going on, what's coming up, Embassy announcements, "where to find" info, restaurant recommendations, and lots more. After you've joined ANZWG, you will be sent an email inviting to join the Facebook group.
A WhatsApp group is also available for more impromptu chats and for sharing activity updates. We won't collect your phone number now though.
ANZWG members with babies or toddlers are welcome to join Kiwalas, a fun, informal play group for members with young ones. The group is a great help to new parents in Bangkok, and provides a launching pad for friendships and a ready made network of people who have children of similar ages to socialise with. Most children that currently attend are between 18 months to 3 years, however this is constantly evolving.  Would you like to know more about Kiwalas?

As a member, you will receive an e-copy of ANZWG's bi-monthly magazine InTouch, full of information on ANZWG events and committee news, as well as Thai culture, recipes, stories, interviews, plus it's a great way of staying "InTouch" with ANZWG members. The magazine will be emailed to you, to the email you've provided above.
Membership is 1,200 THB, paid annually in February. If you're joining us partway through our membership year, a discounted rate will be applied.
Please let us know how you can pay membership, either by cash or by direct deposit into the ANZWG bank account. *
