Gear Issues Form, Everyone Rides Teacher-Led  2025
Please communicate bike gear issues, or any other challenges requiring prompt attention. Please note the bike number to ensure the correct bike gets attention.  If possible, please use the green tape and marker in the bin to tape the seat and write what the issue is with the bike.

We can help coordinate equipment repairs with a local bike shop if needed, and organize transportation. The program manager will review responses daily.
