Where is Tranquility Den located?
We're located in the back of the Princeton Shopping Center.  Park your car by the Blue Bears restaurant and walk into the courtyard to find our front door on the right.
Is there parking?
There is plenty of free parking at the Princeton Shopping Center.
How far is your spa from downtown Princeton?
We're about a 6 min drive from downtown.  Note - Uber in this area may take a while, so plan accordingly
What is your cancellation policy?
We have a 24 hour cancellation policy.   If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide us with at least 24 hours notice. Otherwise, you will be charged for the full cost of the massage.   

We greatly appreciate advance notice so that we can fill the time slot, and take care of our hardworking massage therapists.
Do you offer couples massage?
Yes, all of the massages we offer can be a couples experience. Each individual can choose any massage; it does not have to be the same one for both.
Should I arrive early to the spa?  
Please arrive 10 minutes before your appointment time to ensure that you get your full time of massage.
Do you have locker rooms or showers?
We’re a boutique spa (that means we're small, stylish and specialized).  We don't have locker rooms or showers, but we do remove excess oil from your skin with a heavenly hot towel treatment at the end of the massage.

How do you maintain a clean and safe environment for massage?
* We sanitize all linens
* We do not permit clients who are sick to get services at the spa
* Certified HEPA filters with UV light in every massage room
* All work surfaces are sanitized after every client 
* All staff wash their hands upon entering the spa and after each client
* Hand sanitizer and virus killing wipes are available at the reception desk

Do I have to pay with the same credit card that I used to book the massage?
No, you can use a different card or pay with cash or a gift certificate.
Do your prices include tip?
No, the prices on our website do not include tax or tip.  Please be aware that we add a 20% service fee onto all our services (no additional tip required).
Can I pay service fee in cash?
Yes, you can leave the service fee in cash for your service provider, so long as it is at least 20% of the cost of your service
Do I change into a robe when I arrive at the spa?
Robes aren't necessary because you can disrobe in your private room.  Spa party guests can request robes for their private event.
Do you offer facials or mani-pedi's?
No, we don't offer those services.  We’re all about massage, relaxation & healing...that's our specialty!  However, we offer many great add-ons to enhance your experience.  

Try the anti-aging massage, which includes a hydrating face mask and a face massage.
Do you offer any packages?
If you're looking to relax at the spa for a few hours, we recommend the 2-hour Tranquility Experience - an exceptional, personalized massage.  We offer many great add-ons, including dry brushing treatment for exfoliation, foot scrub, dry scalp treatment and more!  For a 3 hour experience (weekdays only), we can do an energy healing session with a Reiki Master after your massage. It's a great option for healing the mind, body and soul.
Is there a place to relax after my massage?
Yes, you are welcome to relax in a comfy recliner in our den.  This is a quiet space, so talking is not permitted.
Are your therapists experienced?
Yes! We only work with top-quality therapists who have lots of experience and are passionate about healing.
Is it normal to be sore after my massage?
Yes, it's normal to be a little sore after Deep Tissue or Therapeutic massage.  You can take some CBD oil to ease any discomfort.  You can also apply heat and ice to the area in pain to increase blood circulation.  Most importantly, drinks lots of water after your massage to flush out the toxins in your body.
What should I do if I'm not happy with the pressure during my massage?
Please never be shy about speaking up during your massage if the pressure is not to your liking.  Our therapists will not be offended.  Our number one priority is that you enjoy your experience!
Is there a place to grab a bite in the Princeton Shopping Center?
There are lots of casual restaurants - Blue Bears (French), Nomad Pizza (sit down restaurant; brick oven pizza), Chop't (salads), LilliPies (bakery), Bagel Nook (breakfast), Cross Culture (Indian), and Pizza Star (pizza/Italian).  There is also a supermarket that sells wine in the plaza.
What are your favorite restaurants in Princeton?
  • For a casual brunch, check out Maman or Chez Alice.

  • For a low-key dinner, try Local Greek, Efes, or Tacoria.

  • For a fancier evening, Mistral, The Meeting House, or Agricola are great choices.
