Thank you for your interest in joining us at the 2026 Hayward Mariachi Festival! We are excited to partner with you to host an inviting and successful marketplace that celebrates our community's culture while supporting local businesses. 

Our Mission We are committed to fostering a positive environment where small businesses can network, connect with the community, and provide an enjoyable dining and shopping experience for all festival attendees.

Event Details:

  • Date: Saturday, September 26, 2026
  • Time: 12:00 PM - 6:00 PM
  • Location: Southland Mall
  • Special Performance, Activities and Entertainment:  Lucha Libre Professional Wrestling, Charreria, Salsa dancing lessons, and more.

Application Process - Please Read Carefully

  • Curated Selection: This is a curated market. All vendors undergo an approval process to ensure quality and variety.
  • Timeline: Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis, not first-come, first-served.
  • Acceptance Notification: Approved vendors will receive an email confirmation and must submit the vendor fee within 72 hours to secure their spot.
  • Communication Policy: Due to high application volume, we only contact accepted vendors.
  • Response Deadline: Failure to register upon approval within 72 hours may result in your spot being offered to another vendor.
