Complete this form to nominate a candidate for the Minnesota Excellence in Learning Academy school board. Please make sure you talk to the person you are nominating to make sure they are interested, prior to your nomination. Self nomination is not prohibited. You are able to nominate yourself.

The Board of Directors must be composed of at least five members who are not related or affiliated with one another, with at least one of each of the following: 1) licensed teachers teaching in the classroom; 2) a parent or legal guardian who is not an employee of Minnesota Excellence in Learning Academy; and 3) a community member who is not an employee or parent of Minnesota Excellence in Learning Academy. Immediate family members of school employees and non-teaching employees are not eligible to serve on the Board.
