Terms of Service,

The artist reserves the right to refuse to service rude customers, defined as customers acting in a needlessly aggressive way or bullying the artist for commission progress or refunds. Such an act will result in a warning. If the behavior continues the commission will be terminated with no refund issued, rights to post, or use any artwork that has been presented for approval including any sketches of the art or any Work In Progress (WIP). Please respect the artist for their time and needs.

The artist will maintain a punctual and timely delivery with deadlines in mind. If no deadline for the art is specified the artist will work on a personal deadline. In the event that the agreed upon deadline is not met, arrangements can be made through an instant messaging or email service. This also applies to refunds and compensation artwork.

In the event of unseen circumstances which the artist experiences; such as illness, injury, etc; that may cause delays with agreed upon deadlines, the artist will still maintain a reasonable date of delivery with delays taken into account. If the deadline seems unreachable the artist will contact you to make further arrangements as necessary.

The artist accepts commissions at their own discretion and a waiting list will be compiled on a "first come, first serve" basis if the artist's current queue is full. Depending on the number of commissions the artist will work on multiple commissions and update the clients until the artwork is completed. Side projects do arise (sketch live streams, special requests, auctions etc.) whereby the artist may accept a larger-than-normal amount of commissions.

With a commission between two or more customers there can unfortunately be no editing done to the image once the product is finished in the event that one party returns to have the end piece revised. In the case of parties of more than two, if each individual has paid, a refund can be requested during the sketch phase.

The artist will attempt to maintain a line of communication to the best of both the artist and the customers interest in order to provide them with the best possible service and end product. Contact can be in the form of e-mail, through the respected websites that artist is available, or on Skype at the customer's request. If the artist states contact through particular websites are not suitable then please contact them through one of the other forms of contact above. The use of those affiliated with the artist to contact her is unacceptable. If you have any questions or concerns contact the artist directly or the artist’s writer if the artist is unreachable.

Permission must be provided by the artist for the privilege to repost the artwork or to use the artwork in another medium.This permission may be granted or revoked by the artist at will. Your character(s) belongs to you and you only. The artist will not sell copies of your art that you bought to anyone else. Ideas and characters created by the artist are copyrighted to the artist. Such ideas and characters may not be used for any purpose other than what it was authorized for. If you wish to use the artwork/idea/character please contact the artist beforehand.

Authorization requires an email for full authorization of any of the following stated above.


Shipping :
Lastly people have forgotten what is needed for shipping; Your first and last name is a MUST some times the post office will require some idenification for pick up or collection. Please try to remember to give out your first and last name when you give your shipping address.

I have put a screen name in place for first and last and it was sent back, so dont forget your name for your package(s).
