The Culbertson Library would like to introduce their new 'E-Card' application.  This is for a new library card for patrons that currently do not have a card.  Please fill out the information below & you receive an email within 24-48 hours containing your card number.  This number can be used to check out books at the library or OverDrive.  All patrons must adhere to current guidelines regarding book check-out, fines, return policies, etc.  There is no charge for the card, but must be a Hitchcock County in Nebraska resident. Applicant must be over 18 years - for minor children or other household members allowed to use, please list names on the last line of the application.  Any questions, please call the library at (308) 278-2135. By filling out & submitting this application, the applicant agrees to be responsible for all materials checked out & any applicable fines for overdue or damaged books.
