Katie, Health & Wellness Specialist at Exuberance Chiropractic & Wellness Center, will present the top Standard Process detox program to help kick-start your wellness journey and get you ready for the new year.
Then unwind with a 45-minute Soul Sculpt - A fierce, dynamic fusion of yoga, Pilates, strength training, and HIIT—set to an EPIC soundtrack that keeps you present and connected. This is a mindful, music-driven class that blends mobility, yoga-inspired transitions, and intentional movement with resistance bands and body-weight strength work. You’ll build endurance, stability, and flexibility as the beats carry you through flowing sequences, energizing cardio bursts, and grounded strength training. Expect to leave feeling centered, powerful, and deeply recharged.
To end the night we will Sauna & Cold Plunge & Chill. Please bring a yoga mat, towel and swimsuit for sauna and cold plunge. Appetizers & detox shakes will be served.
