We are asking each athlete to sell at least 3 vouchers, with $13 from each voucher benefitting the program. If you do not wish to sell pizza vouchers, electing instead to make a donation to the program, please fill out this form. Please select you donation amount below. We appreciate your help.
This is our only fundraiser during the Track & Field season. It helps cover the cost of additional coaching staff that is not in the school budget. In addition, proceeds from this fundraiser assist in paying the costs of the banquet at the end of season and other coach requests.
Responses and payment must be received by Wednesday May 1st, and no later than Monday May 6th
- This google form must be filled out for all families wishing to opt out of the fundraiser.
- Payment can be made in cash, check, Google pay, Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, or Discover.
Checks payable to: Wakefield Track Boosters. Please give checks/cash to one of the coaches and they will pass them on to us or mail them to Wakefield Track Boosters, PO Box # 3005, Wakefield, Ma 01880.
