Battle of the Brains 2025 Volunteer Form
Thank you for your interest in volunteering for our 2025 event, Battle of the Brains! We are seeking a dedicated team of volunteers to support us on the evening of May 22, 2025, to help facilitate the night and help raise money for an incredible cause!

We are looking for various volunteer roles to be filled for this event:

· Brain Master: Ensure your table is engaged in the trivia game and be point of contact for any questions

· Volunteer Coordinator Assistants: Assist the production team by resolving unexpected and important issues that arise during the event and assist the Volunteer Coordinator Lead with setup and execution of the event

· Registration: Check in guests at the entrance of the event

· Greeters/Game Runners: Welcome guests to Battle of the Brains and collect documents throughout the game to score teams appropriately

· Social Media Support: Support the Social Media Lead by gathering content during the event and post the content through digital channels

· Game Scoring Assistants: Work closely with the Production Team and input 'Brain Cells' received throughout the game to ensure the trivia game runs smoothly

· Photography Assistant: Take photos during the event that can be shared on all social media pages
