Please fill out the application below to be considered for media credentials. Credentialed media will have access to the expo floor and sessions during the conference pending email confirmation from Blavity Inc. In order to be cleared, you must provide proof of media affiliation.

We accept the following forms as proof of affiliation:

• Letter from producer on a station/network letterhead or from a company email address that states you are covering the conference on assignment

• Photo ID from your media outlet

• Business card from your media outlet reflecting your editorial role

• An article published within the past three months with your byline

• About page from website or blog listing you as an editorial contributor

• Masthead from current issue of a publication listing you as an editorial contributor
 
Please Note: Online media must also provide a recent monthly traffic report from a web analytics service that verifies 10,000+ unique visitors per month (UVM). The site/blog must be previously established, independent (not corporate), and regularly updated with original and current news.

If you are approved to be credentialed, you will receive a confirmation email by October 1, 2026.
