Embody Wellness Collective is hosting a Summer Wellness Vendor Event on Saturday, July 25, 2026 from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM in the back lot of our wellness center.

This community event is designed to bring together local wellness-focused businesses, makers, practitioners, and service providers for a fun summer gathering centered around health, connection, self-care, and supporting local businesses.

We’re looking for aligned vendors who offer products, services, or experiences related to wellness, holistic health, mental health support, movement, bodywork, beauty, self-care, pets, fitness, nutrition, local goods, intuitive services, family-friendly offerings, or intentional living.

Vendor spaces will be 10 x 10 outdoor spots. Vendors are responsible for bringing their own tent, table, chairs, setup materials, and anything needed for their booth. The vendor fee is $25.

As part of the event promotion, vendors may be featured through our Facebook event, newsletter, and other social media promotions. To help us promote you well, we’ll ask for your business name, logo, contact information, a short business description, and a photo if available.

We also ask that participating vendors help promote the event by sharing the Facebook event, posting on social media, and personally inviting their clients, customers, friends, and community. Our goal is to make this a collaborative event where everyone helps bring energy, visibility, and community connection to the day.

Vendor spaces are limited, and applications will be reviewed to help create a well-rounded event with a variety of offerings. Once your application is reviewed, we’ll reach out with next steps, payment information, and additional event details.
