WNBR 2013 volunteer shifts
Thank you for your interest in volunteering at the 2013 Portland edition of the World Naked Bike Ride!  Please don't submit any more responses to this form--in case you still want to help, just show up at the volunteer/info table at 7:30pm and we'll find you something to do.

We need 20 fundraisers!  This ride costs a lot of money to put on and we are crowdsourcing donations.  You'll walk around with a donation box and solicit participants AND bystanders to chip in and help keep the event viable.
This shift is at the event site, is clothing optional, and allows you to go on the ride!
We need 2 volunteers to keep an eye on trash before the ride leaves.

We need many general helpers during the pre-event gathering.  You'll be doing stuff like patrolling the area for misbehaving folks, assisting with traffic control, helping with bag check and clearing the way for our marching band.
This shift is at the event site (Portland Art Museum), is clothing optional, and allows you to go on the ride!
We need a lot of folks to help the ride itself go smoothly.  You'll be going on the ride wearing a "uniform" of a sash so that folks know you're there to help with minor medical/mechanical issues, and help manage car traffic if drivers are attempting to cross the route.
This shift is *during* the ride (on the ride) for mechanics and medics. Clothing discouraged. Please bring a first-aid kit and whatever bike tools you think might be useful in helping with minor mechanical issues (a pump and patch kit at minimum).
