Hardy Reservation Form
The Hardy Center will be opened at 7:00 a.m. for set-up, however, there is no staff on site throughout the day.
If you need assistance with the electronic equipment for your presentation, please arrange for tech support in advance. None of the electronic equipment is to be moved, unplugged or disassembled.
If you require a specific table arrangement, please request custodial support through Elizabeth Bailey (substitute) or Gina Vallejo (contracted). Any cost will be incurred by the requester. Room dividers are not to be moved without custodial assistance. The room must be returned to the original set-up at the end of your reservation time.
All food must be removed or thrown out, not stored in the refrigerator.
In the case of an outside presenter, please have department/site personnel available to greet and facilitate their needs.
Please provide all supplies required for your training: copies, paper, pencils, etc. Neither the Counseling Center nor SEPAT can provide you with any supplies for your training. Any questions, please email or call Debbie Murray @ (909) 418-6566.
