INDEMNITY AGREEMENT - PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

Please read carefully

The Vendor shall indemnify and hold harmless Mississippi River Radio from any and all expenses, fees, fines, penalties, suits, proceedings, actions, property loss and/or damage in any way related to the Vendor’s participation in any Mississippi River Radio Events. I understand that it is my responsibility to man my booth at all times. It is my responsibility to secure my booth. I understand Mississippi River Radio are not responsible for any lost and/or stolen items.

I have read and understand the Mississippi River Radio Rules and Regulations, and I agree to abide by these rules and regulations. I understand that if I do not comply, I and the organization or entity I represent, if any, will be asked to leave immediately with no reimbursement of fees paid and excluded from future participation in Mississippi River Radio Events. I understand that by signing this application I am agreeing to indemnify Mississippi River Radio as well as follow all rules and regulations.

DUE TO SAFETY - ONLY ONE VEHICLE PER VENDOR ALLOWED ON VENDOR ROW - NO EXCEPTIONS.

You can have multiple vehicles to load and unload but only one vehicle can be parked at the vendor spot.

ALL PAYMENTS FOR VENDORS WILL NEED TO BE MADE BY AUGUST 31ST.
