1 Month Membership Hold ( SKIP A PAYMENT)
Before placing you membership on hold keep in mind:

- Your automatic payment will resume automatically after the one month hold
- This is not a cancellation
- Membership holds can only be one 1 (one) time a year. 
-The hold will skip the payment in the month you select.

I understand and agree that I wish to put my membership on hold, I am permitted to do so once per calendar year for a single pay period. 

I further acknowledge that once the designated hold period has expired, my membership will automatically revert to its active status, resuming the usual payment schedule without any proration. In the event that I decide to cancel my membership following the hold period, I agree that I must submit the requisite cancellation form and remit payment for the final month.
