MBFF Friend Assistance/Referral
My Best Friends Foundation is dedicated to assisting those individuals and families that are undergoing cancer treatment and those that have lost someone to cancer. We can provide assistance financially and in many other ways. Our Friends were there for us and we look forward to being a Friend in a time of need.
Assistance Referrals will be individually evaluated by MyBFF upon submission. Please provide us with as much information as you feel necessary and be specific in the assistance that you need.
Information provided in this application is strictly confidential and will only be used for the purpose of determining whether the Foundation can and will provide assistance. No cash will be provided.
