    We understand how busy life can get, so we’ll work with you to find session times that suit your schedule. Need to reschedule? Let us know at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.
  3. Convenient Virtual Sessions
    Enjoy the comfort of connecting from anywhere. Our 45-minute sessions are conducted online, offering you the flexibility to join from your preferred space. Sessions are available on a weekly basis to ensure consistent progress.
