You've heard of "five a day" for fruit and veg, but have you heard of "five times 30"? The government recommends 30 minutes of moderate physical activity five times a week for adults. Moderate physical activity means anything that causes you to feel slightly warm, breathe slightly more heavily and increases your heart rate.
