This survey is being conducted to gauge the knowledge, attitude and practices towards use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and its psychological impact among Indian Anesthesiologists during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Please note:
1. This anonymous questionnaire will take around 10 minutes of your valuable time. We will ensure confidentiality of answers.
2. There may be more than one response for some of the questions.
3. Kindly base your answers on actual clinical practice followed at your centre.

Attitude regarding PPE use
1. Adherence to hospital policies on PPE use is mandatory.
2. It is important to read out a check list prior to anaesthetizing a patient who is COVID-19 positive / suspect.
3. While intubating a patient who is tested COVID negative, anaesthetist doing the procedure should wear appropriate PPE same as COVID suspect /positive.
