Studio intO is an international research company with a globally distributed team. Our members in Poland are currently working with refugees from Ukraine face-to-face, offering moral and professional support, as well as paid employment as part of our ‘Researchers in Residence’ programme. Our immediate objective is to offer paid employment and training to people displaced from Ukraine, so they can work as researchers, translators and journalists on the Raising Voices Ukraine project.

Previous research or translation experience is not essential, but candidates must be:
- Currently displaced from Ukraine and based in Poland
- Able to proofread and edit written Russian
- Technically confident and willing to be trained to use software (Google Drive, Google translate and Dovetail)
