The 2023 market will run every Sunday from June 18th - October 1st from 10AM - 1PM. We offer free coffee and donuts, a fun group of people who organize the market each week and, if you volunteer 3 or more times, you get an awesome NA Farmers Market t-shirt or cap!
We also offer community service hours for kids who need to fulfill that requirement.
We are looking for volunteers for the following shifts/jobs:
- SET UP 8:00 - 9:00 AM: Bring tents, tables and other equipment from our storage space next to CVS down to the street; put up tents, set up generator, handwashing stations, signs; assist vendors as needed.
- TEAR DOWN 1:00 - 1:30 PM: Fold up tents and tables and bring them back to storage space, along with signage, tables, other equipment.
Volunteers must be 16 years of age (or 14 if supervised by parent or another adult). Children under 12 should not be part of set-up or tear down because much of the equipment is heavy and requires training to use.
