Moving from an employee to a supervisor means you need to think about the workplace differently. Supervisory roles are more focused on getting the work done through people and coaching people to achieve their potential.

In this workshop participants will explore how to:

· Recruit talent with the right skills for the job

· Ensure the new hire understands their role and the team

· Develop an annual workplan and key performance objectives that are strategic

· Conduct informal and formal performance feedback

· Manage conflict in the workplace

Hold conversations that may be uncomfortable but necessary

Time is 9:00am to 2pm on December 1 & 2 at the Elma Memorial Community Centre (EMCC), Highway 23, Atwood, ON. Spots are limited - sign up today.
