Advanced registration and confirmation of attendance is required.  Families may register for one Overnight Respite for month.  HOPe may not be able to honor all requests for ONR service, however we will work to meet the unique needs of every child.
If your child is to receive ANY medication during ONR, you need to provide a current and accurate medication order signed by your doctor, this includes over the counter medications.  you also need to provide each medication in its current pharmacy labeled package with the doctor's instructions visible, you should only provide the amount of medication your child requires while at HOPe.  You will need to sign the medication in when you hand the medication to the ONR Director and sign out (either empty bottles or remainder of medication) at the conclusion of Overnight Respite.  All medications will be counted when received and returned, and you need to initial to verify the amount.  If you are unable to provide the medication order to enable us to dispense medication to your child they will not be able to attend HOPe's Overnight Respite.  Thank you for your cooperation as we work to ensure the safety of all children.
