Account Deactivation Appeal Process

If you believe your account was unfairly deactivated, please follow this process:

  1. Contact support first: Email accountaccess@outlier.ai with detailed information about your situation
  2. Allow four days for review: Support needs time to investigate your case properly
  3. Provide your ticket number: Enter the support ticket number you received via email (format XXXXXXX)

What we CANNOT help with

  • Downtime (formerly referred to as empty queue or EQ)
  • Matching you to different projects
  • Adding you to Marketplace ahead of our current rollout plan
  • Triaging a Support issue (verification, worker skills, bugs, issues you can find in FAQs, etc.)
