A weaving of somatic movement: Shake the Dust, Somatic Yoga Flow and Embodied Yin. Plus a special Sing & Dance session with my dear friend, singer and vocal coach Isabella. And one session kept as a surprise. Trust me on this one!

The Investment: This work is pioneering a deep way of yoga. One rooted in non-dual tantra, where the body, mind and material world are not separate, but sacred expressions of one living reality. A tradition that uses yoga poses as a starting point, yet moves beyond into somatics, presence, and the direct experience of the body as it is.

To nourish this work and the community around it, I charge a price that reflects its true value.

The rooms (incl. food) are to be paid separatedly with Weingut Tauss after reserving your room via e-mail at info@weingut-tauss.at.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel your booking prior to 100 days before the retreat, half of your payment will be refunded. Afterwards, a refund is not possible. However, you can transfer your spot to another person.
